    The building is bad, it’s terrible. Made a maintenance request and nobody showed up for 16 hours. You call the maintenance, they will tell you contact the leasing office, you contact the leasing office, they will tell you we called the maintenance, but still nobody showed up. The concierge are not helpful. They make you feel like you live in a building without a concierge service or somebody to help you at the front desk. Gym is old and sucks. Expect to see a lot of booze in the hallways and in the elevator. Expect to see a lot of downs in every aspect in living in this building.

    Threatened to deny basic banking services just because I'm a traveler and didn't want to set up an account in a state where I don't even live. I've been to banks all around the country and never met a bank as aggressive as this.

    There are 3 Century ATMs in close proximity to one another, so there is never a line. Unfortunately these are not Allpoint ATMs, so there is a fee for anyone without a Century card.

  • Review of "Boston Segway" at Cambridge

    The wife and I decided to take a 2 hour Segway tour of Boston on July 2 but after only a few minutes out on the road we had an accident which was no one’s fault. Our Segway leader was very good and was able to call an ambulance and my wife was taken to a local hospital with a twisted knee and neck / head issues from hitting her head on the sidewalk. Again our Segway leader did a great job and I was very pleased and happy she was there. The only issue I have with Boston Segway is that NO one from the company called to see how she was doing after the accident I just think if someone is hurt the company should make effect to follow up and check on their customers.
